Structural Design and Spatial Geometric Error Modeling of the Machine Tool for Implant Denture

Abstract Implant denture is the most essential method of oral repair, and its processing depends heavily on precision machining center. Most special machine tools do not take into account requirement automatic parts. During processing, parts need to be double-clamped, which changes geometry In this paper, a small tool with seven axes has been developed realize implant dentures. Firstly, technology dentures introduced, function analyzed. Then, mechanical structure established. It moving two cylinders, capability five-axis linkage combined turning milling. Uniquely, it backside unit, allows entire automated process completed after only one clamping. The topological movement chain under different working modes introduced emphatically. results show that can satisfy Meanwhile, spatial geometric error model each topology established, provides theoretical basis for compensation tools.
